An award-winning freelance writer and editor, Brian Knapp has spent the last decade as a journalist, serving as both editor and sports editor of The Covington News, a tri-weekly publication based outside of Atlanta. A Miami, Fla., native, his most recent work has appeared in Real Fighter, ChopTalk and Sports Spectrum magazines. He has served as managing editor of MMA news content for The Fight Network since February 2008. He resides in Atlanta with his wife, Holly, and their 1-year-old son, Gehrig.
