(b) If a selected entrant cannot be reached by Saturday, April 18th, 2009, declines the prize or incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, another entrant will be selected same day.
(c) Contest is open to residents of Canada, who are of the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside. Employees or persons living with employees (and their immediate family) of TFN and all its properties, (the "Contest Sponsor") and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible.
(d) There is a limit of one (1) entry per day per person/email address/household. Any more per day will result in the entrant being disqualified . If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).

30 Participants will be eligible to win 1 Ticket for 2 for the advance screening of Fighting the Movie in Toronto , Montreal and Vancouver.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded in person by selected entrant and must have valid government license or ID. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
In order to win, the selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill-testing question via e-mail, fax or telephone. TFN's rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes.
By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, address and/or photograph in any publicity or direct marketing carried out by TFN and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation. The winners consent to their photograph being taken by TFN for such use, without further compensation.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. All entries become property of the Contest Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the Web site during the Contest period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest. Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the email portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor corrupts the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

15. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by the Contest Sponsor. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the Contest.
