This was the most bullshit fight ive seen in years. No one in the fucking world gets tkoed in 14 seconds. The fucking bullshit official callled the worst fight in mma history. If your going to call tko you should at least let the fight go 30 seconds. But this horrible offcial let it go only 14 seconds. Kimbo clearly flipped on to his back and was beginning to start a defensive position when the dumbass official called the fight. Elite XC lost at least 3 million viewers because of this call. I waited personally an hour and a half to watch this poorly officiated fight. Thank you Elite XC for freeing my future saturday nights.

Good. Opening cheerleading segment is gone, Frank dissing Ken in the opening segment, women's match went three rounds, Fetruzelli steps up last minute and wins, Fedor get advertised. Bad. Kimbo gets knocked out in the opening seconds, Hulk Hogan is the biggest star they can get to sit in the audience. Ugly. The UFC can't let the competition have a show without direct competition. Overall a good show and I hope there are more. Competition at this stage of MMA is a good thing.

I thought overall it was a good show. Petruzelli KO's Kimbo! Anything can happen and that's what I love about MMA. It doesn't say much about Kimbo though. 10 wins 4 losses, people didn't really know who Petruzelli was aside from the hardcores, but now even the casual fans will know him as the 1st guy to KO Kimbo, good for him.
Arlovski and Nelson was ok, I thought it would be a little faster, but I liked the ending.

to K.G.- face it, your boy got dropped with one short right hand. And yeah he was starting a defensive position alright, he wreslled the crap out of the ref's leg until he finally figured out where he was!

Well my friend, I must tell you that every HW that fought tonight could have beaten kimbo. Kimbo isn't shit. He could be a decent fighter but he is going to have to learn that you just can't run in on everybody in a fight because if you start throwing you can get knocked out too as he found out tonight. Tonight will be a humbling experience for Kimbo and hopefully he rebounds from it. I just can't believe his trainer and legend Bas Rutten hasn't taught Kimbo to slow down a little and relax once the bell rings. He needs to use angles and circle when punching instead of charging at his opponent like a bull waiting to get knocked out.

I bet Shamrock is kicking himself for not being the one to take out Kimo, but thats ok by me, Ken is a load.

seth is a very solid fighter who capitalized on the moment, i remember him on tuf his stand up is very solid he koed bob sapp.... the rest of the fights were great it was a very impressive show. kimbo will be back, everybody loses and finding out your fihgting a different guy hours before is tough, my hats off to both of them for going at it anyway. the ufc scraps fights weeks ahead of time when there is a injury, i like to see real fighters fight what happens happens kimbo will olny get better from this.

someone can't be tko'd in 14 seconds? Um...look here champ...it happens all the time in mixed martial arts. Actually, there are many that have lasted shorter than that. You can't blame the ref for that stuff, get a clue.

The end of Proelite as we know it. And to think it took all of 14 seconds to bring down this promotion. Not sure if you people seen Skalla aka douchebag almost pull out all of his hair, with a half-bald Hulk Hogan sitting right behind him. I read a comment about how poorly the Kimbo/Petruzelli fight was officiated, and i must agree. With all the fans, money, and support that EliteXc has been recieving in the past year, i think they should be trying to grab the best officials in the sport. Ufc, pretty much has the best turn outs, so if their trying to stay affloat they need to start pleasing their fans, and the way to do that is to let their fighter's fight, thats 2 shows so far, and that pissed off alot of fans, to be realistic, Kimbo shouldn't even fought. Think about it!

i cant beleive that kimbo would let down all his fans like that by purposely losing to seth just to probably make seth famous or probably to get some kinda bribe out of this. anyone with eyes could clearly see that kimbo was fine when he hit the ground and was never unconsious or even winded at any point of the fight, it was clear that kimbo also did not have any grease on the top left side of his forehead on purpose so that he could get purposely cut and let that fool win for whatever reason..... thanks for letting your fans down kimbo slice and elite xc......

this was the best thing that could have happened to EliteXC. They would have been in worse shape today if it was Shamrock who knocked Kimbo out. Now they can have a re-match with Kimbo now claiming that he wasn't ready for an fighter like Petruzelli. If Kimbo wins, Elite is back on track. If Seth wins, they can promote the new superstar. If Shamrock won, what would we have? Ken vs. Frank? What a train wreck that would be. Eventually, this was going to happen to Kimbo so hopefully EliteXC can make a rematch. As for these pro wrestling fans complaining about the officiating, the basic rule of thumb is that if the fighter is unable to properly defend himself, they have to step in. Radich's apponent couldn't defend himself, fight stopped. Roy Nelson couldn't defend himself, fight stopped. By the time kimbo realized where he was, he was trying to take the ref down with a leg lock while Petruzelli was getting interviewed. The safety of the fighters has to be the only priority. If you wanted to see someone get killed you should have been watching the boxing card on TSN at the same time. Two welterweights were in a 10 rounder and 1 guy was getting brutally pummelled. Jim Lampley and Lennox Lewis were calling the fight and were pleading for the fight to be stopped from the eigth round to its conclusion. the boxer was taking way, way too many head shots and they were really afraid of a death. They made reference to recent casualties in the ring and the effect it had on the fighters who laid the beating, referring back as far as Boom Boom Mancini. MMA has always prided it self on fighter safety. Good job by the refs. Overall, I would have to give this card a 7 out of 10 and hope they come back with more.

Elite XC can use his lack of experience as the reason to bring him back at least once more for another test, possibly even in a main event fight. He'll have lost some of his drawing power, but Kimbo isn't dead in the water...that's assuming Elite XC can survive that long.

I dont understand how people say the kimbo loss was a upset. This was the first real fight for kimbo you cant really count his privious fights tank abbot is 100 years old and the other guys were bums and the kimbos first fight had to be the most staged fight ive ever seen. no doubt kimbo is tough but he is no MMA fighter. If they countinue to match him up with real fighters he will countinue to loose. If kimbo was on the UFC tough enough show he would get killed. KIMBO HAD HIS 15 MINS AND NOW ITS OVER !!!!!!! I think kg must have been drinking last night. lying on your back with your arms out to the side is not a defensive position. if youve been paying attention there have been fights called as early as 8 seconds. elite needs to bring in a real fighter for their main event. Someone who has taken martial arts , boxing and wrestling, and who has real cardio. slice doesnt have any ground game and would be submiited quickly against a heavy weight with good ju-jitsu. some are saying he was ready for seth........well seth wasnt ready for him, and was slice prepared for any of his street oppenents? move on slice ..youre a one trick pony in a race that requires many tricks......
